SPECIFIC TO ONLINE BOOKING OF PHOTO BOOTH SESSIONS THROUGH TRYBOOKING.COM

Exclusive to AASCF Nationals 2023, COMM23 in conjunction with AASCF is offering a professional photo shoot for individuals and teams, using stadium lights, specialty smoke haze, and coloured lights.

Limited spaces. One adult over the age of 18 yrs MUST be in attendance with athlete during photo shoot. By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the COMM23 and agree to all Terms and Conditions of this event, including the Cancellation and Refund Policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book your session, you are holding a place on our calendar that is no longer available to other customers. Any cancellation or rescheduling made up to 48 hours prior to the booking day and time, will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the full booking price. Any cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice, will result in 100% cancellation fee of the full booking price.

REFUND POLICY

To receive a full refund of the booking price, you are required to send a cancellation email to comm23media@gmail.com in advance of 72 hours from the booking start time. No refund will be given if less than 72 hours notice is given and cancellation fees will apply (see above).
